Business Development & Sales Intern

Role Description This is a full-time remote Director role responsible for leading strategic and operational initiatives across Nova Robotics’ UAV programs. The Director will oversee cross-functional teams, set objectives, and ensure projects align with company vision, customer requirements, and regulatory standards. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing business strategies, managing key stakeholder relationships, reviewing program performance, and guiding resource allocation and budgets. The role will also involve mentoring leaders, improving processes, supporting new product development, and representing the company in high-level customer and partner discussions.

Qualifications

• Leadership and management skills, including experience directing cross-functional teams and driving strategic initiatives.
• Background in aerospace, robotics, defense technology, or related fields, with familiarity in UAV systems and mission applications.
• Strong skills in strategic planning, program or project management, and performance tracking.
• Proficiency in stakeholder management, negotiation, and high-level communication with clients, partners, and internal teams.
• Ability to work effectively in a remote environment, with strong organizational, decision-making, and problem-solving capabilities.
• Experience with regulatory compliance, risk management, and security considerations in defense or aerospace industries is highly beneficial.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or a related discipline; an advanced degree (MBA or technical master’s) is an advantage.
• Previous senior leadership experience in a technology or defense-focused organization preferred.
