Key Responsibilities Identify and evaluate strategic growth opportunities aligned with iyzico’s strategy Analyze payment trends, customer pain points and market gaps to identify and shape new growth opportunities Develop new business models and enhance existing ones to drive sustainable growth and profitability Assess opportunities through market research, feasibility studies, ROI analysis and P&L projections Build clear and compelling business cases and define the key requirements for successful execution Translate business opportunities into actionable plans, milestones and measurable targets Lead complex, cross-functional projects involving internal teams, external partners and senior stakeholders Align stakeholders, manage dependencies and drive projects from ideation through execution Monitor business performance and identify opportunities to accelerate revenue growth, scalability and profitability Qualifications Minimum 3 years of experience in business development, strategy, or strategic project management Proven experience in developing business cases, feasibility studies, ROI analyses and P&L projections Self-starter with strong commercial and financial acumen Ability to identify key requirements, risks and dependencies associated with business opportunities Proven experience leading complex, cross-functional and multi-stakeholder projects Ability to identify key requirements, risks and dependencies and turn complex business challenges into clear action plans Analytical, growth-oriented and results-driven mindset Strong written and verbal communication skills in English Experience in fintech, payments, banking, technology or digital commerce is a plus What We Offer A culture of continuous development: conferences, in-house events to stay up-to-date on current trends and technology.
