About Anthifel

Anthifel is an artificial intelligence transformation advisory registered in the United Kingdom. The name comes from the Greek "anthropos", meaning human, because the hardest part of AI has never been the machines. It is the people who use them, lead them and decide what they are for. We stand with a company while every part of it adapts to AI. Every engagement begins with Discovery, a four week reading of where a company actually stands. From there a company either takes Training, so that its own people can carry the work, or Transformation, where we run the change alongside them.

Why this role exists

Our clients are established companies with a strong position in their sector. Their leaders do not answer mass messages. They answer a concrete observation that arrives at the right moment. Your job is to put qualified meetings in front of Anthifel: find the right company, reach the decision maker inside it and secure the first meeting. The hard part is not reaching people. It is deciding who is worth reaching.

What you will do

Select events. You will scan food, textile, machinery and metal, chemicals and packaging fairs in Turkey, along with chambers of industry and exporters' associations. In Germany, France and the Netherlands you will look at events run by Turkish business associations. For each event you will record the date, scope and where its attendee list can be found.
Screen companies. You will extract companies from the attendee, sponsor and speaker lists of approved events, pass them through a quick filter for scale and fit, then research the ones that remain. For every company you rule out, you will write down why.
Find the decision maker. In the companies that stay on the list you will identify the general manager, CEO, board member or relevant director, verify their title and note one concrete observation about them.
Write the message. You will build every message from scratch for that person: something about the company, something about the person and a single request. If there is nothing concrete to say, no message is written.
Secure and hand over the meeting. You will continue the conversation with those who reply, arrange the meeting and prepare a short briefing to be read beforehand. Anthifel runs the meeting itself.

How we work

All work is carried out and recorded within Anthifel's own working structure. Work that is not recorded there is considered not done.
Scanning, research, message drafts and record keeping are done together with Claude. When you notice a step that repeats, you propose automating it.
Approval is given at three points: which events to work from, which companies enter the list and which messages are sent.
We do not extract data from LinkedIn automatically, we do not invent information we do not have and we do not promise results.

Hours and remuneration

This is a part-time, remote position. Working hours are flexible and self-managed. Remuneration is performance-based, and full terms are shared with shortlisted candidates at the first interview.

What we are looking for

Native-level Turkish and strong Turkish writing; the ability to read and write in English
The ability to research a company from public sources: trade registries, association and industry lists, event catalogues and company websites
Using LinkedIn as a research tool: reading profiles, tracing career history and verifying titles
The habit of citing your sources and recording your own work
A willingness to use AI as an everyday working tool. Experience is not required; we will teach you.
