Business Development Specialist

We are currently looking for a proactive and communicative Business Development Specialist to join our team and contribute to our clients’ business growth and customer acquisition.

Your responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to potential business clients
  
• Introduce products and services and clearly communicate their value
  
• Identify potential clients, understand their needs and qualify business opportunities
  
• Build and maintain professional relationships with prospective clients
  
• Follow up with leads and guide potential clients through the initial stages of the sales process
  
• Maintain accurate records of leads, activities and client interactions in the CRM system
  
• Identify new business opportunities and contribute to client acquisition
  
• Contribute directly to business growth and market expansion
  

What we are looking for

• Previous experience in sales, business development, or a similar role is a plus
  
• High level of English, both written and spoken
  
• Strong communication skills, especially over the phone
  
• Confidence in initiating conversations with new potential clients
  
• Proactive and commercially-minded approach
  
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
  
• Goal-oriented mindset and motivation to achieve results
