Leap Event Technology is a remote-friendly company. This position is open to any candidate in North America.

WHO WE ARE:

Leap is revolutionizing the event technology industry by empowering organizers to create experiences that are more engaging, more thrilling, and more impactful than ever before. Our all-in-one suite of ticketing, mobile apps, experiential marketing, and patron management tools, combined with our expert marketing services, allows organizers to drive nonstop engagement and capture all customer data from their entire event. That’s why iconic brands like New York Comic Con, Bonnaroo, Illuminarium, and the NHL choose us to power their events.

We are a diverse and passionate team of event experts and fans who are dedicated to helping organizers transform their event experiences. Like our clients, we live and breathe events. We take our passion, knowledge, and hands-on experience and apply it to our work every single day. With offices in Dallas, Montreal, and Sydney, and an expansive remote workforce across the globe, our diverse backgrounds give us the experience needed to create incredible events for any industry, anywhere in the world.

Sounds interesting? Let’s talk.

We are seeking an energetic, goal-driven, highly organized, and strategic professional to join our remote Sales team as the primary prospecting engine for our four primary verticals: Attractions, Conventions, Music/Comedy, & Sports. In this role, your primary focus will be generating new business meetings and driving top-of-funnel opportunities for the Commercial Sales Team. The ideal candidate possesses a strong understanding of B2B SaaS sales processes and excels at strategic account mapping, executing targeted outbound outreach, and empowering the overall vertical team with a robust, high-quality pipeline. While you will help coordinate sales efforts to ensure flawless execution on active deals, your core objective is to proactively identify, engage, and convert key prospects into actionable opportunities.

Your Daily and Monthly responsibilities will include:

  • Outbound Prospecting & Account-Based Marketing (ABM): Serve as the primary outbound engine by executing highly targeted, multi-channel campaigns (high-volume cold calling, personalized emailing, and LinkedIn social selling). Identify strategic key accounts and map stakeholders, generate interest, and consistently schedule net-new discovery meetings.
  • Inbound Lead Qualification: Act as the immediate first point of contact for all inbound inquiries within the assigned Vertical, swiftly qualifying intent and converting leads into actionable, high-quality sales opportunities.
  • Total Addressable Market (TAM) Ownership & CRM Management: Build, refine, and maintain a highly qualified, completely accurate, and up-to-date database of all potential target clients within your vertical. Maintain impeccable data hygiene in Salesforce CRM by diligently logging outreach activities, updating account records, and tracking pipeline progression.
  • Pipeline Acceleration & Opportunity Revival: Partner closely with Sales Reps to drive momentum on active prospects and proactively revive and re-engage stale or stagnant opportunities. Coordinate seamless follow-ups and craft customized emails to ensure prospective clients move smoothly through the sales funnel.
  • Event & Tradeshow Optimization: Maximize the ROI of industry conferences by driving pre-show and post-show communications. Conduct attendee research, craft tailored messaging, and execute strategic outreach campaigns to secure on-site meetings and enhance collaboration during the event.
  • Industry Research & Strategic Account Mapping: Conduct in-depth market research to uncover emerging industry trends, identify prime target accounts, and uncover strategic insights that can be leveraged to personalize outreach and penetrate top-tier accounts.
  • Sales Enablement & Cross-Functional Alignment: Collaborate with Marketing and RevOps to continuously refine outreach strategies and optimize messaging. Assist the Sales Enablement team in crafting customized sales proposals, pricing quotes, tailored presentations, and comprehensive RFP responses.
  • Meeting Management & Execution Support: Ensure flawless follow-through by compiling comprehensive meeting notes, documenting critical discovery insights, and tracking action items from discovery calls and product demos.
