Saqr Consulting Partners is a leading Business Advisory & Transformation Company in Saudi Arabia.

We are seeking a results-driven Business Development professional to grow our Business Advisory Services across Saudi Arabia. The role will focus on developing new client relationships, identifying consulting opportunities, and converting prospects into long-term clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities across the KSA market.
• Build relationships with CEOs, business owners and senior decision-makers.
• Generate leads and secure meetings with prospective clients.
• Promote advisory services including Business Transformation, Strategy, HR Advisory, Market Entry, Finance, Compliance and Operational Improvement.
• Prepare proposals, negotiate commercial terms and close new business.
• Build strategic partnerships and referral networks.
• Maintain a strong pipeline and achieve agreed business development targets.

Requirements

• Proven experience in Business Development, Consulting or Professional Services.
• Strong network within the Saudi business community is highly desirable.
• Excellent relationship-building, negotiation and communication skills.
• Good understanding of the KSA business environment.
• Arabic and English preferred.
