Business Engineer in Embedded Electronics - F/H

Your Responsibilities

• Recruit engineers specialized in electronics and embedded systems (You build your own dream team!)

• Identify and develop new business opportunities across Belgium,

• Build and maintain long-term client relationships,

• Support consultants throughout their assignments,

• Ensure high client and team satisfaction through structured feedback and continuous refinement,

• Contribute to the local business development strategy - As the office grows, so will your scope !

Your Profile

• Master's degree in Engineering, Technology, or Business

• First experience as a Business Engineer in Belgium

• Strong interest in technology and engineering environments

• Entrepreneurial mindset and a passion for challenges

• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

• Autonomous, proactive, and well-organized

• Fluent in English, French is a strong asset, Dutch is a plus
