Business Excellence Sales Back Office Expert

Responsibilities:

• drive standardization and improvement initiatives across markets in alignment with the agreed Target Operating Model and process governance;
• take ownership of project execution, coordination, and delivery tracking through to measurable and sustainable benefits realization;
• identify and implement process improvements and efficiency opportunities based on data analysis, root-cause investigation and capacity assessment;
• translate business needs into practical, process and system-oriented solution;
• recommend and support the selection of the right approach (process changes, automation, reporting, system enhancements);
• leverage digital tools, automation and AI to improve efficiency and decision-making and translate opportunities into practical solutions with IT and digital teams;
• facilitate workshops and structured problem-solving sessions to challenge existing practices, align stakeholders and drive decisions;
• ensure alignment, transparency, and consistent follow-up with stakeholders;
• support alignment of global standards with local operational needs in collaboration with Process Owners and operational teams;
• drive change adoption and ensure improvements are sustained after implementation.

Requirements:

• minimum 5 years in process improvement, Business Excellence, Continuous Improvement, transformation or consulting (or equivalent), including at least 3 years of relevant SBO process experience within international, SSC or GBS environments;
• practical exposure to digital solutions (automation, analytics, AI or similar) with demonstrated ability to apply them to business problems;
• knowledge of SAP S/4HANA - nice to have;
• strong communication and stakeholder management skills including experience facilitating cross-functional workshops and influencing senior stakeholders;
• structured, well-organized, and solution-oriented mindset supported by strong analytical and root-cause problem-solving skills;
• ability to take ownership and drive execution of complex, cross-functional projects independently, delivering measurable and sustainable results;
• understanding of end-to-end processes and system dependencies with strong knowledge of SBO operations and their upstream/downstream interfaces;
• fluent English at C1 level;
• proven experience applying structured improvement methodologies (Lean Six Sigma or equivalent).
