We are looking for Business Finance Analyst located in our office in Warsaw, Poland to support project analysis and contribute to the continuous improvement of our financial processes.
The role is located in Business Finance Competency Centre.
Location & commitments:

Your IMPACT:
- Ensure accurate, complete, and timely execution of period-end closing activities in line with company requirements,
- Support project portfolio financial performance management through forecasting, budgeting, performance tracking and variance analysis, project cost monitoring, WIP management, and productivity assessments, identifying key trends, risks, and performance drivers,
- Analyze orders and sales, backlog, cash KPIs, and overall business performance to support forecasting and project related decision-making,
- Prepare management dashboards, reports, and performance analyses, providing meaningful insights and value-added recommendations,
- Deliver ad hoc analyses and data-driven insights to support business and finance stakeholders,
- Maintain the integrity of financial master data and ensure high standards of data quality,
- Work with large datasets to support business performance analysis and identify opportunities for improvement,
- Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with finance and business stakeholders,
- Drive reporting excellence, digitalization, and continuous improvement by standardizing processes, automating analyses, and enhancing reporting efficiency,
- Contribute to process transitions and actively support finance transformation initiatives.
Your Profile:
- Previous experience in a relevant field (FP&A, Controlling, Finance, Accounting, or Business Analysis),
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related discipline,
- Excellent communication and strong collaboration skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at various levels of the organization,
- Strong attention to detail and ability to identify issues, anomalies, and data inconsistencies,
- Ability to organize, synthesize, and present complex financial information in a clear and concise manner to support decision-making,
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and deliver results in a dynamic environment,
- Proactive mindset, strong ownership, and a can-do attitude, with the ability to work effectively across multiple stakeholders,
- Motivation to simplify, standardize, and continuously improve finance processes, reporting, and analytics,
- Very good command of English, both written and spoken.
- IT Skills: Advanced Excel (Power Query, Power Pivot), proficiency in MS Office applications, and experience with ERP (SAP/Oracle) and EPM tools
- Additional assets: Experience with process automation tools (e.g. Power Automate), AI-powered tools for process optimization, and BI solutions (Power BI or Tableau).
