About Us

Law Office Arsulescu is a full-service law firm with offices in Bucharest and Timișoara, working with clients across Romania and internationally. Our practice focuses mainly on business law, immigration, dispute resolution, and assisting companies and entrepreneurs entering or expanding in the Romanian market.

Location: Bucharest or Timișoara

Work format: Hybrid (office + remote)

What the Role Involves

This role combines business law and immigration work, including:

• drafting and reviewing commercial contracts;

• assisting companies with corporate and regulatory matters;

• handling immigration procedures (work permits, visas, residence permits etc.);

• advising international clients relocating to or doing business in Romania;

• communicating with authorities and supporting clients throughout procedures.

What We’re Looking For

• Law degree and membership in the Bar;

• Solid knowledge of commercial law and an interest in immigration law;

• Fluent Romanian and English (other languages are a plus);

• Strong drafting and communication skills;

• Prior experience in a similar role is preferred, but motivated candidates eager to learn are also welcome.
