BUSINESS IMMIGRATION PARALEGAL

Canto Legal Immigration Attorneys is seeking a highly motivated and strategic Business Immigration Paralegal to join our growing team. If you have 1–3 years of business immigration experience, are fluent in English, and want to work full-time with a firm that values your expertise, this is your opportunity!

• Prepare and manage EB-2, EB-1, L-1, TN, H-1B, PERM, I-140, O-1, Adjustment of Status (AOS), Investor Visa, and E-Visa applications and petitions.
• Work closely with attorneys to ensure timely, accurate, and complete filings.
• Manage a high-volume caseload with strong attention to detail and efficiency.
• Communicate with clients regarding case progress, required documentation, and case-related matters.
• Stay current on business immigration regulations, procedures, and best practices.

✅ 1–3 years of strong business immigration experience, including experience with EB-2, L visas, O-1, and other employment-based immigration matters

✅ Strong organizational and case management skills

✅ Ability to work effectively and independently in a remote environment

✅ Excellent written and verbal communication skills

✅ English required
