Job Title: Business Immigration Paralegal

Employment Type: Full-time remote job according to the US holiday calendar.

Contract Modality: Independent Contractor - Long Term


Job overview:

We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented Business Immigration Paralegal to support attorneys and the legal team with immigration case processing, documentation, client communication, case follow-up, and administrative tasks. The ideal candidate is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and using AI tools to improve productivity and efficiency.


Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support for immigration case processing.
  • Organize and maintain case files and documentation.
  • Assist with document preparation and client communication.
  • Track case status, deadlines, and required documentation to support timely case processing.
  • Assist with the preparation and submission of immigration forms and supporting documents under attorney supervision.
  • Provide direct administrative and case-related support to attorneys as needed.
  • Follow up with clients to collect missing information and documentation and provide case-related updates.
  • Use AI tools to improve productivity and streamline administrative tasks.
  • Perform general administrative duties and support the legal team as needed.


Requirements:

  • Previous experience as Paralegal, Legal Assistant, Virtual Assistant, or similar administrative roles.
  • Experience in U.S. business immigration cases (preferably EB-1, EB-2, O-1, E-2, L-1, H-1B, EB-5) is a plus; training will be provided if needed.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Adobe PDF, Microsoft Outlook; experience with Teams/Zoom.
  • Proficiency using AI tools in daily work.
  • Good written and spoken English communication skills.
  • Academic background in Business Administration, Law, or a related field is preferred, but not required.
  • Proven ability to multitask and perform effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and well-organized.
