About the role
We are seeking talented, service-minded and analytically strong Business / Implementation Analysts to join our Athens-based Investment Management Software Unit.
In this role, you will help clients across Europe, the Middle East and Africa optimize front-to-back investment-management workflows by implementing and advising on technology solutions that increase efficiency, improve control and reduce operational risk.
You will work close to experienced consultants and client teams on implementation projects, workflow analysis, requirements gathering, system configuration, testing, data migration, reporting, user training and client communication. This is an opportunity to combine financial industry knowledge with practical technology skills in a specialist, international fintech environment.
What you will do
· Deliver end-to-end implementation services for SS&C Advent and Finvent solutions, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
· Conduct business and workflow analysis, gather requirements and translate them into clear implementation actions.
· Configure, test and validate systems based on agreed client specifications and industry best practices.
· Support data migration, integration, reconciliation and reporting components of implementation projects.
· Assist with the Held Desk/Client Support inquiries and work with the team members to enhance client experience delivery.
· Prepare user training, documentation and handover material to support client onboarding and adoption.
· Advise clients on best practices and potential process improvements across their technology and operations landscape.
· Communicate clearly with clients, set expectations properly and escalate risks or blockers early.
· Collaborate with internal consulting, technical, engineering and account-management teams to ensure client satisfaction and long-term success.
· Contribute to client reviews and to the continuous enhancement of Finvent’s services delivery framework.
· Travel occasionally across the EMEA region to support client engagements.
You may be a fit if you have
- 3–5 years of professional experience in financial software implementation, business consulting, investment operations, asset management operations or a closely related field.
- Good technical fluency, including MS SQL, MS IIS, integration tools, reporting tools, scheduling tools, networks or databases.
- Solid understanding of investment management workflows, including front-, middle- and back-office processes and strong knowledge of financial instruments such as equities, bonds, funds, derivatives and private equity.
- Hands-on experience with SS&C Advent systems is a strong advantage, but not a requirement if you bring strong consulting, financial operations and technology-learning ability.
- Postgraduate degree in Finance, Economics, Computer Science or a related discipline.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, documentation and communication skills.
- Very good communication skills in English and Greek; additional European languages are welcome.
- European passport or valid EU working visa is required.
- A positive client-, team- and solution-oriented attitude, with strong ownership and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic, client-facing environment.
- Flexibility to travel across regions and to adapt working hours where client engagement requires it.
