Senior Veeva Consultant (f/m/x)

We are looking for an experienced Veeva Consultant to join our remote team. In this role, you will leverage your expertise in Veeva Vault and Regulated Information Management (RIM) to deliver impactful solutions in a fast-paced, regulated environment. You will work directly with business stakeholders, Digital QA, and Digital Enablement to translate requirements into scalable system solutions. Your tasks

• Managing configuration and validation documentation for system changes in Veeva Quality and RIM
• Conducting impact assessments and change analysis/change management
• Gathering requirements and aligning with stakeholders to ensure effective solution design
• Designing and prototyping solutions tailored to business needs
• Implementing configurations and overseeing system changes end-to-end
• Conducting thorough testing and validation of system changes
• Ensuring compliance with GxP regulations and maintaining validated systems
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions
  
  

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a relevant role
• Proven experience in Veeva RIM and a strong background in impact assessments
• Experience working in a GxP regulated environment
• Hands-on experience managing system validation documentation in Veeva Quality
• Familiarity with Veeva General Releases and release impact handling
• Strong ability to manage system changes from requirement gathering through to testing and validation
• Veeva Certified Administrator certification is required
• Fluent English
