This is a role within the Castrol organisation and the successful candidate will become part of the Castrol ring-fence. If you are part of the ring-fence, it is expected that your employment will move with Castrol to new ownership.

In this role You will:
- Analyze data to support our partners, gain valuable insights and influence decision making
- Develop effective business intelligence strategies and analytics solutions to improve business performance
- Supporting the assessing new reporting requests to ensure non-redundant, reliable and accurate information is provided and meets the business needs
- Managing different partners of various levels of seniority in order to better understand expectations and needs
- Support the timely delivery of key strategic reports to the Finance, Sales & Operations leadership team
- Bringing to market standards and introducing new ideas & technologies
- Analyze and prepare presentations that communicate complex analysis and findings in a simple, concise and interpretable manner
- Interact with teams across Segments and Functions to drive data assurance and respond to data needs
What You need to be successful:
- Bachelor’s degree in finance / IT related area or equivalent experience (system knowledge)
- Strong experience in financial performance management, including forecasts, plan, investigating variances and reporting on results
- Fluency in English
- Must have advanced Excel skills including the ability to create and manage pivot tables, design and manipulate complex graphs
- Strong experience in the area of Data Visualization Tools (Tableau, Power BI etc)
- Advanced knowledge and experience in working with Python & SQL to build complex datasets for data visualization
- Financial and commercial acumen – experience in working in a sales & finance environment
- Strong stakeholder management experience working with various levels of seniority
