Business Intelligence Analyst

Job Description We are looking for a Business Intelligence Analyst to join a large-scale banking environment in Warsaw. The role focuses on strategic reporting and analytics, strengthening decision support across finance, risk, operations, and customer domains. Strong Power BI and SQL skills combined with solid business understanding are essential. Responsibilities Develop and enhance advanced Power BI reports and dashboards Collaborate closely with finance, risk, and operations stakeholders to gather and refine reporting requirements Optimise reporting processes and analytical standards Create and optimise SQL queries and database procedures Ensure data quality, consistency, and performance of BI solutions Support continuous improvement of reporting automation and data processes Requirements Strong hands-on Power BI experience including data modelling and dashboard development Very good SQL skills with ability to write complex queries Experience working with structured banking or financial data Solid understanding of data modelling concepts 2–5 years of experience in BI or data analytics roles Experience working in structured enterprise environments, ideally banking Comfort working in Agile delivery models Strong communication skills and stakeholder-facing experience Nice to have Exposure to Azure Databricks Experience in regulatory reporting environments Experience optimising performance of large-scale BI reports Benefits Solid, competitive salary Work in a multinational environment on international projects Comprehensive healthcare Long-term B2B contract with a stable project pipeline Hybrid working model (Warsaw-based, 4 remote days per week, 1 office day)
