Position Title: Business Intelligence Analyst
Location: Taguig City, Metro Manila – 2 days per week onsite
Role Purpose
The Business Intelligence Analyst will support the transformation of business data into meaningful insights to help Sales and the wider organization make informed decisions.
The role will assist with developing and maintaining reports and dashboards, monitoring key performance indicators, validating data quality, and supporting Salesforce reporting and administration activities. The ideal candidate is analytical, detail-oriented, eager to develop their technical skills, and able to communicate findings clearly.

Key Accountabilities

· Reporting & Analytics: Assist in building, maintaining, and refreshing dashboards and reports using Excel, Power BI, and Salesforce. Monitor KPIs, identify trends and variances, and support regular business performance reporting. Perform ad-hoc analysis under the guidance of senior analysts.

· Data Management & Quality: Perform routine data validation, reconciliation, and quality checks across reporting systems. Identify data inconsistencies, duplicates, and missing information and support corrective actions. Assist with maintaining reporting standards and documentation.

· Salesforce Reporting & Support: Create and maintain Salesforce reports and dashboards to support business requirements. Assist with data management activities such as data cleansing, imports, deduplication, and field validation.

· Business Intelligence Support: Support senior analysts in developing dashboards, KPI definitions, analytical frameworks, and reporting solutions. Help document business requirements, reporting logic, data definitions, and processes to ensure consistency and repeatability.

· Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with Sales and other business teams to understand reporting requirements and provide data and reporting support. Respond to routine reporting requests and assist with troubleshooting dashboard or data issues.

· Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to simplify manual reporting processes and improve report efficiency. Develop knowledge of BI tools, Salesforce, business processes, and analytical techniques through hands-on work and coaching.

What we are looking for in you

Requirements

· Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience.

· 0-2 years of experience in business intelligence, data analytics, reporting, or a related role.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including PivotTables, lookup functions, charts, and data manipulation.

· Good working knowledge of the Microsoft Office 365 environment.

· Experience or exposure to Power BI is preferred.

· Experience or exposure to Salesforce reporting and dashboards is an advantage.

· Basic understanding of data analysis, KPIs, dashboards, and reporting concepts.

· Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

· Good written and verbal communication skills.

· Ability to work collaboratively and willingness to learn.
