Itron Services Excellence team is looking for a Business Intelligence & Analytics Analyst to analyze, evaluate, develop, and sustain financial models associated with Customer Success application services. This role will collaborate with Finance and cross functional teams to ensure alignment on key initiatives. This role will help derive data analytics from various internal reporting systems as a means of providing decision support for the organization. Responsibilities Perform financial analyses on IT/operational purchases & labor resources. Develop and maintain cost models & margin analysis in support of Customer Success product offerings. Build and maintain documentation to support cost model & profitability analysis integrity Collaborate with Finance team performing analysis, design, development, testing, and deployment of internal financial tools. Accountable for cost accuracy across product offerings and updating corporate pricing tool Leads and manages requirements gathering and analysis activities by working with stakeholders and internal/external customers. Work with functional stakeholders and key executives to identify reporting needs. Extract, consolidate, and analyze data from multiple systems Skills Required Bachelor’s degree in a business or financial field or equivalent practical experience 5+ years in working in a global distribution environment Strong financial & accounting business acumen Well versed in IT financial practices Demonstrate analytic, communication, and presentation skills Collaborate effectively within a dynamic team environment, balancing speed and quality Strong working knowledge of MS Excel Proficiency in MS Office Suite of products (Word, PowerPoint) Basic understanding & familiarity of Microsoft Power BI for creating simple reports and dashboards Able to communicate effectively in English in written and verbal formats Excellent problem-solving skills with at least three years of cost analysis Able to take initiative and maintain attention to detail in work deliverables Skills Desired Basic technical knowledge of Networking and Utility industry General understanding of Microsoft Azure Dev (ADS), including basic navigation and interface familiarity What we offer Opportunity to create a more resourceful world by working on the 21st century's biggest challenges: water, energy, and gas R&D center with immense growth in the heart of Budapest at Palais Krausz Cutting-edge technologies (Cloud, IoT) Personal development: English, soft skills, and technical training (Udemy, Pluralsight, etc.) Benefits: accident and life insurance, private outpatient care support, cafeteria, iPhone with a generous data allowance Strong culture promoting work-life balance, remote, and flexibility Depending on your experience, this role is expected to offer between 18,000,000 HUF and 23,550,000 HUF annually, plus eligibility for an individual bonus of up to 10% of annual salary.
