About the Role

We are looking for a Business Intelligence Consultant to help design and build reporting and dashboard solutions for a leading logistics technology environment. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who combines strong BI expertise with hands-on experience in logistics or freight forwarding operations.

You will work closely with business stakeholders to create meaningful dashboards, improve reporting capabilities, and deliver actionable insights that support operational and strategic decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain business intelligence reports and dashboards.
• Gather reporting requirements from business stakeholders.
• Analyze operational data and identify trends, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities.
• Develop KPIs and metrics that support business performance.
• Create reporting solutions within or integrated with enterprise software platforms.
• Ensure data accuracy and consistency across reporting solutions.
• Collaborate with technical and business teams to deliver high-quality analytics.

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Business Intelligence Consultant, BI Analyst, Reporting Analyst, or similar role.
• Strong experience building dashboards and reporting solutions using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar BI platforms.
• Advanced SQL skills.
• Experience working within the logistics, transportation, supply chain, or freight forwarding industry.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work with cross-functional teams.
• Professional English communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, Continuous Improvement, or Process Improvement methodologies.
• Experience implementing or building reporting solutions for enterprise software applications (ERP, TMS, WMS, or similar platforms).
• Experience working in Agile environments.
