Our Business Lending Operations team plays a vital role in supporting Kiwibank’s frontline and Business Banking teams. In this role, you will be providing critical support to our Business Banking Managers with managing loan documentation, settlements, securities, and lending maintenance processes. You will work with a range of internal stakeholders and handle customer queries, compliance matters, and other challenges to deliver seamless solutions. You will also get involved in team-wide improvements and exciting technology initiatives.

While we will help you build on your strengths and develop new skills, we would love to hear from you if you bring some of the following experience:

• Previous experience in financial services, lending, or a banking contact centre or branch environment.
• Strong relationship-building skills with both customers and internal stakeholders.
• Confidence navigating multiple systems and learning new technology.
• Solid experience in administration and managing documentation.
