Business Management Associate

We are looking for a numbers-driven and analytical individual to join our Management Trainee Program.

This role is suitable for candidates who are comfortable working with numbers, data, reports, and business performance. Candidates do not need to have an extensive Finance or Accounting background. However, some exposure to finance-related tasks, data entry, reporting, reconciliation, or numerical analysis would be an advantage.

The program is designed to develop individuals with strong analytical potential into future management roles through hands-on exposure to business operations, data analysis, and decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business, operational, and financial data to identify trends, discrepancies, and areas for improvement.
• Monitor key business metrics and prepare regular performance reports.
• Perform and review data entry, reconciliations, and other numerical or reporting-related tasks.
• Investigate discrepancies and identify possible root causes.
• Prepare reports, summaries, and insights to support management decision-making.
• Assist with business performance analysis, planning, and operational improvement.
• Support process improvement and business optimization projects.
• Work closely with Finance, Operations, Payment, and other cross-functional teams.
• Participate in management projects and gradually take on broader responsibilities as part of the Management Trainee Program.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• Experience working with numbers, data, reports, data entry, reconciliation, or analytical tasks is preferred.
• Strong numerical sensitivity and attention to detail.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable working with large amounts of data and identifying discrepancies or unusual patterns.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets.
• Experience with Xero or other accounting systems is an advantage but not required.
• Good English communication skills.
• Able to learn quickly and adapt to different business functions.
• Demonstrates management potential, ownership, and willingness to take on broader responsibilities.
