Role Summary

We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Business Manager to support the launch of an exciting global consumer-facing health and wellness brand. This role combines day-to-day account management, creative project coordination, and ownership of the Medical, Legal, and Regulatory (MLR) submission process through Veeva. The ideal candidate brings strong organizational skills, exceptional attention to detail, and experience supporting integrated campaigns in a fast-paced agency environment. You will partner closely with account, creative, production, integrated agency, and global partners and regulatory teams to deliver breakthrough creative work while ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely execution.

What You'll Do


Account Management & Brand Launch


● Support the day-to-day management of a consumer-facing health and wellness brand, helping bring a new product to market.

● Build strong client relationships, serving as a reliable point of contact for project updates, deliverables, and communications.

● Coordinate multiple projects from initiation through delivery, maintaining timelines, documentation, and clear communication across teams.

● Support client review meetings, document feedback and action items, and coordinate creative revisions.

● Partner with creative, strategy, production, and project management teams to support integrated campaign development.

● Maintain quality control of client-facing materials, ensuring accuracy and alignment with brand objectives.

● Support production processes, project budgets, and resource coordination.


Veeva Submissions & MLR Management

● A significant portion of this role will focus on managing the MLR submission process through Veeva.

● Prepare, quality-check, and submit creative materials for MLR review, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and on-time delivery.

● Manage content tagging and linking within Veeva, adhering to established client submission requirements.

● Maintain accurate submission records, track review progress, and monitor approval timelines.

● Prepare for live client review meetings, including developing response grids to capture feedback and track revisions.

● Coordinate weekly status updates with MLR operations moderators, highlighting active workstreams, outstanding submissions, and upcoming deadlines.

● Identify and resolve submission issues, partnering with account, creative, project management, content, and regulatory teams.

● Ensure all materials follow established client submission processes and regulatory review requirements.


What We're Looking For

● 1+ year of experience in marketing or advertising, preferably within healthcare or pharmaceutical advertising.

● Experience supporting consumer-facing brand launches and integrated marketing campaigns.

● Hands-on experience with Veeva and MLR submission workflows, including content tagging, linking, and approval tracking.

● Exceptional attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.

● Strong communication and client relationship management skills.

● Ability to manage multiple projects, competing priorities, and tight deadlines.

● Experience collaborating across creative, production, project management, and regulatory teams.

● A proactive, solutions-oriented approach to problem-solving.

● A team-first mentality and passion for creative excellence.

● Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience.


Salary Range: $55,000 - $70,000
