You'll provide analysis, advice and recommendations to ensure priorities are aligned, initiatives are progressing, and leadership is well supported in decision-making.

You'll act as a trusted partner and connector, helping manage complex requests, preparing leadership for key engagements, and supporting divisional planning, communications and enterprise initiatives that enhance customer and employee experience.

If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy working with senior leaders and take a solutions-focused approach to your work, this could be the role for you.

What you’ll do

  • Support the execution of FCC’s strategy in partnership with two Vice-Presidents and their leadership teams
  • Review, analyze and summarize complex and high-priority issues, providing clear recommendations and identifying practical solutions
  • Manage incoming requests and priorities, helping ensure decisions, commitments and initiatives move forward effectively
  • Prepare briefing materials, presentations, meeting agendas, communications and other leadership materials
  • Prepare leadership for key meetings, engagements and discussions through research, analysis and strategic advice
  • Lead divisional planning, objective setting and performance monitoring, and oversee progress against key initiatives and priorities
  • Represent leadership on delegated matters and provide guidance to internal partners on behalf of the VP’s office
  • Participate in enterprise committees and attend meetings on behalf of leadership, as required
  • Build strong relationships across the organization to advance priorities and enhance customer and employee experience

What you’ll bring to the team

Required qualifications:

  • A degree in business, finance, economics, or a related field
  • A minimum of five years of related experience supporting business operations, strategic initiatives or leadership teams at an enterprise level (or an equivalent combination of education and experience)
  • Experience supporting senior leaders and working with leadership teams in a decision-support or advisory capacity
  • Excellent analytical and critical-thinking skills, with the ability to assess complex information and develop clear, practical recommendations
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including experience preparing presentations, briefing materials and executive-level communications
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, sensitive requests and competing deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Sound judgment and the ability to identify risks, evaluate options and navigate ambiguity
  • Proven ability to build trusted relationships and work collaboratively across functions and levels of an organization
  • Ability to exercise discretion when working with sensitive or confidential information

Preferred qualifications:

  • Bilingualism (French and English)
  • Experience in strategy execution, planning or change management initiatives
