You're dedicated to building strong relationships and providing actionable, insightful advice that empowers clients to achieve their goals (while also spotting new business opportunities). You have a proven track record of leading and empowering a team. You leverage your skills in expectation management, performance reviews, and allround support to consistently deliver exceptional results. As a true team player , you excel at building trust and fostering open communication within different teams. You have excellent Dutch and English communication skills.
