At Campari Group, we are strengthening our Partnership Markets organization with a role built for someone who can turn complexity into clarity: the Business Operation & Data Intelligence Manager. This is a hybrid position based in Miami, sitting at the intersection of commercial strategy, finance, and data. As a Camparista in this role, you will connect the dots across sales, demand planning, and distributor performance, building the tools and insights that sharpen our decisions and fuel sustainable growth.
Position Context
The Campari Partnership Market Caribbean & Central America (PM CCA) sits within Campari America LLC, part of the North America Region alongside the US, Canada, Mexico, and Jamaica.
PM CCA manages a highly diverse and complex business across 34 markets with 40+ distributor partners. The perimeter combines different drinking cultures, a strong tourism‑driven consumption model, and significant variability in Route‑to‑Market, distributor capabilities, and organizational maturity. The Region spans 90 million residents, attracts 40 million tourists annually, operates across 13 currencies, and reflects broad cultural, ethnic, and economic diversity.
Within this context, PM CCA acts as a strategic growth accelerator for the Region, driving brand building, volume expansion, and value growth for Campari Group's priority brands, leveraging distributor partnerships to unlock market potential and deliver sustainable regional growth.
General Description of the Role
The Business Operation & Data Intelligence Manager, based in Miami, acts as a strategic integrator across Business Intelligence, Business Governance, Sales Strategy Support, and Cross‑Functional Coordination.
The role reinforces enterprise data discipline, elevates analytical rigor, and delivers high‑impact insights that strengthen leadership decision‑making and commercial performance.
It drives the evolution of business automation, it optimizes operational workflows across Sales, Marketing, Finance, Demand Planning, Customer Service, and Logistics, ensuring seamless coordination and consistent marketing & commercial alignment across the organization.
As the central coordinator of internal and external data flows, the role integrates open orders, sales performance, demand planning, forecasts, depletion, and external market intelligence into a unified, enterprise‑ready data ecosystem. The role will also generate business insights that help navigate market opportunities, support profitable growth, and ensure strategic alignment across markets and functions.
Key Responsibilities
a) Business Analysis and Reporting
- Use sales data analysis to identify challenges and opportunities to optimize sales, distribution.
- Track and analyze internal and external market data, including shipment, depletion, stock level.
- Oversee depletion data management and analysis, ensuring accurate submission, consolidation.
- Track performance at Customer level, providing insights and corrective actions.
- Provide analysis and insights to drive profitable growth and optimize decision-making.
b) Business Intelligence and Commercial Tool Development
- Identify areas for improvement of data reporting processes accuracy, streamlining processes.
- Drive innovation in data collection, template automation, and data consolidation.
- Develop data model and tools that will improve the organization business evaluation.
- Oversee the Strategic Country Matrix Model to improve and update the country-tiering model, providing required data sets to support the PM country strategy.
c) Sales Strategy, Planning & Commercial Governance
- Work closely with FP&A teams by providing consolidated commercial information.
- Support data modelling in order to ensure an accurate planning and target setting processes.
- Champions the business planning and forecasting process.
- Participates to the main decisions entailing changes to the Route to Market.
- Leads budgeting, sales planning, and deferred discount tracking using data models.
- Supports business governance by ensuring compliance with financial processes.
- Ensuring alignment between sales, finance, demand planning, customer service, logistic team.
d) Cross Functional Process Coordination
- Coordinate the complexity workflow of Customer Service, Commercial, Finance, Demand Planning.
- Act as the reference point for all internal data flows: open orders, sales performance, demand planning, forecast, depletion, external market data.
- Ensure full visibility data for month/quarter end closing and forecasting cycles.
- Act as the integrator between Commercial Operations, Marketing, Finance, and Business Planning.
e) Digital Transformation & Business Automation
- Drive innovation across operational processes, promoting automation and digital tools adoption.
- Lead projects to streamline workflows, reduce manual tasks, and enhance data accuracy.
- Identify and implement new technologies that improve market agility and intelligence.
- Champion a culture of continuous improvement and commercial digital mindset.
