We’re looking for an organised, proactive and service-oriented Business Operations Executive to support our customer service, training administration and day-to-day business operations.

💼 What You’ll Do

• Guide customers on courses, registrations and enrolments
• Respond to customer enquiries and provide timely support
• Maintain accurate CRM and learner records
• Support training administration and TPG-related processes
• Coordinate with trainers and internal teams
• Follow up on customer, training and operational matters
• Assist with documentation, reporting and administrative tasks
• Support the smooth running of daily business operations

• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Organised and detail-oriented with good follow-up skills
• Comfortable using computers, Microsoft Office and administrative systems
• Able to manage multiple tasks effectively
• Able to work independently and collaborate with a team
• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn
• Relevant experience in administration, customer service or operations is an advantage
