Business Operations & Growth Manager Fully Remote Work From Home Role $12/hr (JOB ID: BDRAH2026) Role Our client is a growing HVAC company based in the U.S. looking for a Business Operations & Growth Manager. In this role, you will work directly with the business owner to build and optimize internal departments, implement new software and AI solutions, create scalable systems and SOPs, and execute initiatives that support the company's rapid growth. This is a hands on role for someone who can think strategically while independently driving projects from planning through execution. Responsibilities : • Partner directly with the owner to improve and scale business operations • Build, document, and optimize internal processes and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) • Identify operational bottlenecks and implement process improvements across departments • Research, implement, and manage new software, automation, and AI tools to improve efficiency • Coordinate cross functional projects and ensure initiatives are completed on time • Develop systems that improve productivity, accountability, and overall business performance • Analyze workflows and recommend solutions to support business growth • Assist with operational planning and execute strategic initiatives independently • Support additional administrative and operational projects as needed Requirements : • Previous experience in Business Operations, Operations Management, Project Management, or a similar role • Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written) – C1/C2 level • Strong understanding of business operations and process improvement • Experience creating SOPs, workflows, and scalable business systems • Comfortable implementing and learning new software, automation platforms, and AI tools • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Highly organized, proactive, and able to prioritize multiple projects simultaneously • Self motivated with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision Highly Preferred : • Experience working in small or fast growing businesses • Experience implementing AI, automation, or business management software • Strong project management experience • Experience leading operational improvements across multiple departments • Familiarity with CRM systems, spreadsheets, and business analytics tools Compensation $12/hr Location Remote Availability Full-Time (40 hours per week) Must be available during U.S. Pacific Time business hours.
