As an intern, you’ll play a vital role as a liaison between our customers and their internal networks, helping to build strong relationships and deliver exceptional service. Key Responsibilities Build and maintain strong customer relationships Keep customers informed, engaged, and supported Provide outstanding customer service and communication Requirements Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Outlook, etc.) Strong organizational skills Attention to detail Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment A proactive mindset with a sense of urgency and problem-solving skills
