About the Role

On behalf of our client, we are looking for a proactive and commercially minded US Business Operations & Partnerships Manager to support our growing sweepstakes casino business in the United States.

This is a remote position that will serve as a key US-based representative of the company, working closely with senior management based overseas.

The successful candidate will coordinate US business activities, manage relationships with external service providers, research the market and competitors, and ensure that important projects and discussions continue moving forward.

Because the role works closely with international management and partners across different time zones, working hours will be flexible. The candidate should be comfortable occasionally adjusting their schedule to accommodate international meetings.

This is a broad, hands-on role suited to someone who is comfortable working across business development, operations, research, and vendor management.

Key Responsibilities

Vendor & Partner Coordination

Manage and coordinate relationships with US-based external partners and service providers, including:

  • Law firms and regulatory/compliance advisors
  • Tax advisors, accountants, and corporate service providers
  • Payment service providers (PSPs), payment processors, and banking partners
  • KYC, geolocation, fraud prevention, and compliance vendors
  • Game providers and game aggregators
  • Technology and platform providers

Business Development & Partnerships

Identify and evaluate potential new partners, vendors, and business opportunities in the US market.

Arrange meetings, conduct initial discussions, gather commercial information, and help management evaluate potential partnerships.

Attend relevant industry conferences, networking events, and in-person meetings when required and represent the company professionally with prospective partners.

Market & Competitor Intelligence

Continuously monitor developments in the US sweepstakes casino and broader online gaming industry.

Research and report on:

  • Competitor activities and new market entrants
  • Sweepstakes casino business models and product developments
  • Regulatory and legal developments
  • Payment and banking trends
  • KYC, AML, geolocation, and compliance practices

US Business Coordination

Act as the company's local US representative and help senior management execute business activities requiring US-based coordination.

Support meetings and discussions with lawyers, payment companies, banks, gaming suppliers, technology vendors, and other business partners.

Coordinate across internal teams and external partners to make sure responsibilities, deadlines, and next steps are clearly understood.

Project Management & Reporting

Maintain visibility over ongoing US projects, vendor discussions, applications, integrations, and outstanding issues.

Regularly provide management with updates covering:

  • Project status
  • Vendor and partner developments
  • Market intelligence
  • Competitor findings
  • Key risks and issues

Key Requirements:

  • 2–5 years of experience in business development, partnerships, business operations, consulting, project management, market research, or a related role
  • Experience on iGaming , Sweepstakes casinos, Gaming compliance , AML or FinTech.
  • Strong communication and relationship-management skills
  • Experience coordinating with professional service providers or external vendors
  • Strong research and analytical capabilities
  • Ability to understand commercial agreements, pricing structures, and business proposals
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and proactively follow up without constant supervision
  • Fluent in English
  • Strong Excel, PowerPoint, and business reporting skills

Compensation & Working Arrangement

  • Base Salary: $80,000–$120,000 per year, depending on experience and industry background.
  • This is a full-time remote position based in the United States.
