Role Description The Business Partner role at veroza.co is a full-time, hybrid position based in Jakarta, Indonesia, with flexibility for part-time work from home. This role involves partnering with leadership and cross-functional teams to align business strategy with operational execution, including supporting planning, performance tracking, and decision-making. Day-to-day tasks include analyzing business data, identifying growth opportunities, and preparing reports and recommendations for management. The Business Partner will coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to improve processes, strengthen partnerships, and support key initiatives. This role also includes contributing to budgeting and forecasting, monitoring risks and issues, and helping implement improvements that drive sustainable business results.

Qualifications

• Strong business acumen, including experience in strategy, planning, and performance analysis.
• Proficiency with data analysis tools and techniques, and the ability to translate insights into clear recommendations.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate across functions and levels.
• Solid organizational and project coordination skills, including managing timelines, dependencies, and deliverables.
• Comfort working in a hybrid environment, with self-management skills for both office and remote work.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Finance, Economics, or a related field; an advanced degree is a plus.
• Experience in a similar business partnering, consulting, or operations role, preferably in a fast-growing or tech-focused company.
• Fluency in English and Indonesian, with strong written and verbal communication abilities.
