We are hiring Indonesia Pre-sales Engineer - Kubernetes !!

Sign third party contract
Working remotely, base Jakarta, but may visit clients from time to time. No requirement to be present at the workplace.

You will be responsible for providing technical guidance, support, and solutions to our customers in the cloud native and container platform area. You will also work closely with our internal teams to develop and implement solutions to improve our offerings and ensure customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide customers with on-site guidance and training for product trials, help customers solve technical problems, become a technical communication bridge between customers and the company, and maintain good customer relations.
  
  

• Cooperate with the sales team to identify business opportunities, provide solutions and pre-sales technical support.
  
  

• Responsible for the preparation of project proposals, bids, test reports, implementation plans and other technical documents.
  
  

• Collect and sort out the needs from the client and the market, and provide more accurate and timely information for back-end products and R&D.
  
  

• Participate in relevant marketing activities and keynote speeches.
  
  

• Carry out technical exchanges and cooperation with partners.
  
  

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field.
  
  

• Experience in IT and Internet related companies is preferred
  • Speaking chinese is a must
  
  
  • It’s better to be familiar with the mainstream technology and related company products in the cloud computing industry
    
    
  • Experience in pre-sales, R&D or operation and maintenance of medium is preferred
    
    
  • Excellent communication skills, including the ability to communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences
    
    
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
    
    
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
