What you'll bring

You bring 8+ years in enterprise software, with deep experience in SAP's cloud platform. Your Python skills span model training, multi-agent system design, and agentic AI day-to-day practice. You apply business process management, analysis, and design thinking to automate complex enterprise processes. Your context engineering and AI output quality assurance skills sharpen every solution you build. Your business architecture expertise and strategic thinking translate customer vision into viable, time-bound transition plans. Your effective communication makes technical detail and business strategy clear to all stakeholders.

What you'll build

You evaluate industry trends, develop customer value propositions, and map business processes to solution requirements. You drive process mining, optimization, and change management while configuring AI-enabled solutions end to end. You build production-ready generative AI pipelines, multi-agent workflows, and SAP Joule extensions for enterprise customers. You run scenario testing throughout delivery to validate solutions against real business conditions. You lead AI-workforce transformation planning, prototype AI-assisted automation, and grow customers' AI adoption capability. You define coding standards, lead structured code reviews, and mentor engineers across the team.
