We are looking for a skilled Business Project Manager to lead product launch projects in Buenos Aires, Argentina. In this role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of product launches, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring alignment across various stakeholders. - Leading the end-to-end delivery of physical product launch projects from concept to market introduction and post-launch evaluation
- Defining and driving detailed product launch plans, including scope, timelines, milestones, and success criteria
- Coordinating cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and seamless execution of product launches
- Acting as the central point of contact for clear communication and effective decision-making across all workstreams
- Ensuring go-to-market readiness, including pricing, positioning, and operational preparedness
- Managing project budget, resources, and timelines to deliver launches on time and within cost targets
- Identifying, assessing, and mitigating project risks to ensure compliance with business and regulatory requirements
- Monitoring market trends and customer insights to refine launch strategy and maximize business impact
- Providing regular status reporting to senior stakeholders on risks, progress, and key performance indicators
- Overseeing post-launch performance and driving continuous improvement for future product launches
- Minimum 6 years of experience in project management with a focus on physical product launches (not IT applications)
- Strong expertise in risk management and stakeholder management
- Proven ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and drive project success
- Experience in defining and executing detailed project plans, including timelines and success criteria
- Advanced level of English
