Design and facilitate discussion-based and operational exercises that test governance, plans, recovery strategies, communication methods, dependencies, and decision-making.

Establish an exception-management process for business areas unable to meet BCM standards or documented recovery requirements.

Maintain defensible evidence supporting program implementation, control operation, management oversight, and remediation closure.

Establish a consistent after-action process, including observations, root causes, accountable corrective actions, target dates, validation evidence, and closure approval.

Analyze exercise and incident results to identify recurring or enterprise-wide weaknesses.

Develop executive dashboards covering BIA coverage, plan quality, exercising, recovery capability gaps, overdue actions, exceptions, and remediation performance.

Prepare regular program reports that identify trends, systemic risks, decisions required, and areas requiring leadership intervention.

Create guidance, templates, toolkits, and communications that help business teams meet BCM requirements consistently.
