About the Opportunity

This is an opportunity to join a leading firm within the Irish financial services, supporting its First Line of Defence team in strengthening risk management practices and enhancing its Risk and Control Self-Assessment (RCSA) framework.

We are recruiting at both junior and senior levels, ideally seeking candidates with 3–6 years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the development and implementation of the RCSA framework across business units.
• Coordinate RCSA workshops, stakeholder engagement, documentation and action tracking.
• Conduct quality assurance reviews of risk assessments, control data and supporting documentation.
• Maintain accurate risk and control records, ensuring strong audit trails and governance standards.
• Provide guidance to business stakeholders on RCSA methodology and control requirements.
• Support risk-related projects, ensuring consistent processes, high-quality documentation and delivery against key milestones.

Experience & Skills

• 3–6 years’ experience in risk, controls, governance, compliance or a related financial services role.
• Understanding of risk and control frameworks, ideally including RCSA.
• Strong analytical, organisational and project coordination skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and documentation skills.
• Confident engaging with stakeholders across different business areas.
