Role Overview
We are looking for a Senior Business Solutions Engineer with 10+ years of Salesforce experience, strong expertise in Salesforce CPQ and Revenue Cloud, and the ability to own end-to-end business and technical solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and deliver end-to-end Salesforce solutions aligned with business requirements.
- Lead CPQ and Revenue Cloud / Revenue Cloud Advanced (RCA) implementations.
- Design solutions for product configuration, pricing, orders, amendments, renewals, and subscriptions.
- Develop and review solutions using Apex, LWC, integrations, and Salesforce configuration.
- Drive solution architecture, technical design, scalability, and best practices.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and delivery teams.
- Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and support for complex implementations.
- Support CI/CD and deployments using Gearset, GitHub, Azure DevOps, or similar tools.
Required Experience
- 10+ years Salesforce experience
- 3+ years Salesforce CPQ & Revenue Cloud
- Hands-on Revenue Cloud Advanced experience
- Strong Apex, LWC, integration, and solution design skills
- Experience with Orders, Assets, Renewals, Pricing Procedures, and product/pricing configuration
- Strong stakeholder communication and problem-solving skills
Preferred
- Salesforce CPQ Specialist / Revenue Cloud Consultant certifications
- Enterprise-scale implementation and integration experience
- Experience in technical leadership, architecture, and mentoring
