- Coordinate purchase invoices, payments and expense claims in line with agreed approval processes
- Prepare and process monthly payroll, including salary changes, starters, leavers, deductions, statutory payments and payroll records; ensure timely submissions and payments, and escalate complex payroll or tax queries to qualified advisers.
- Maintain confidential employee records, contracts and HR system information; administer holiday, sickness and other absence records.
- Coordinate recruitment logistics, references, new-starter documentation, onboarding and leaver processes.
- Track probation reviews, mandatory training and routine HR deadlines; prepare standard HR correspondence.
- Coordinate client and supplier contracting processes, including NDAs, MSAs, Statements of Work (SOWs), purchase orders and relevant commercial documentation.

- Maintain accurate project records, budgets, milestones, purchase orders and billing information in project-management systems.
- Track work in progress (WIP), expected billing dates and utilisation; maintain resource and leave schedules and flag potential capacity clashes.
- Act as the first point of contact for routine operational queries; maintain supplier records, subscriptions, shared documents, standard operating procedures and templates.
- Coordinate routine IT, equipment and software administration and maintain compliance records, policy acknowledgements and training logs; escalate security and data protection concerns.
Person Specification:
