Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with a strong technical background to support business and technology initiatives. The ideal candidate will have experience bridging the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams, translating business needs into functional and technical requirements, and supporting the delivery of technology solutions.
Key Responsibilities

Work closely with business stakeholders, product owners, and technical teams to understand business needs, objectives, and system requirements.

Gather, analyze, document, and validate business, functional, and non-functional requirements.

Translate business requirements into functional specifications, technical requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.

Analyze existing business processes, applications, systems, and workflows to identify gaps, dependencies, and opportunities for improvement.

Collaborate with solution architects, developers, QA teams, and other technical resources to ensure proposed solutions align with business requirements.

Support systems analysis, including data flows, system integrations, APIs, interfaces, and application dependencies.

Review technical documentation, process flows, data models, and system designs to ensure requirements are clearly understood and implemented.

Facilitate stakeholder interviews, requirements workshops, and working sessions to define business needs and solution approaches.

Support the development and execution of test scenarios, system integration testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and defect resolution.

Perform impact analysis for system enhancements, changes, and new implementations.

Maintain clear and comprehensive documentation, including business requirements documents (BRDs), functional specifications, process maps, and requirements traceability matrices.

Support implementation, deployment, and post-implementation activities to ensure successful delivery of technology solutions.
