Join our global HR technology team and play a key role in shaping and optimizing our Oracle HCM Cloud landscape. As the Business System Owner (m/f/diverse) for the Oracle Core HR Module, you will serve as a critical link between HR, Payroll, business stakeholders, and implementation partners, ensuring our HR systems support business needs while driving efficiency, compliance, and a seamless employee experience.
In this role, you will own and continuously improve Oracle HCM Core HR processes, support Payroll-related configurations and integrations, develop reporting solutions, and manage system security and data governance. You will also contribute to international rollout projects, helping translate business requirements into scalable system solutions across multiple countries.
Main tasks:
- Configure, maintain, and continuously improve Oracle HCM Core HR processes and data structures
- Support Payroll-related configuration, data flows, and issue resolution
- Build and maintain reports (OTBI / BI Publisher) to support HR and business stakeholders
- Design, configure, and troubleshoot Journeys (onboarding, performance, and other HR process journeys), including task assignment, routing, and role-based access
- Manage and audit Oracle HCM security — roles, data access, and role provisioning
- Support data migration activities, including data mapping, validation, and load processes
- Contribute to system integrations between Oracle HCM and other platforms (e.g. ADP Payroll, third-party tools)
- Partner with Global Process Owners, country HR teams, and our implementation partner to translate business requirements into system configuration
- Support workshops, testing cycles, and documentation for country rollouts
We are looking for:
- Hands-on experience with Oracle HCM Cloud, gained either in a consultancy/implementation partner role or as an internal HCM specialist at a corporate organization
- Strong working knowledge of Core HR and Payroll modules
- Experience building and maintaining reports (SQL, OTBI, BI Publisher, or similar)
- Practical experience with Oracle Journeys — configuration, task routing, troubleshooting
- Solid understanding of Oracle HCM security models (roles, data access, provisioning)
- Data migration and/or system integration experience is a strong plus (HDL, HCM Extracts, or similar tools)
- Ability to work in a global rollout environment with multiple stakeholders and country-specific requirements
- Strong communication skills in English
- Analytical, structured, and comfortable navigating ambiguity in a mid-implementation environment
Nice to Have:
- Prior experience with ADP Payroll integrations
- Experience working alongside a systems integrator implementation partner
- Experience with Fast Formulas
- Familiarity with hybrid governance models (Product & Run vs. Country Rollout)
Applications from severely handicapped people are welcome.
