Position: Systems Business Analyst

Department: IT (Supply Chain)

Positions Type: Full time, Permanent

Work Location: London, United Kingdom (hybrid- 3 days per week in office)

What you will be doing:

We are seeking a Business Systems Analyst with expertise in Oracle ERP solutions and business process mapping to join our dynamic IT team.

This role will analyze, design, and implement solutions that enhance business operations, particularly in Order Management and Supply Chain domains.

The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, experience in process optimization, and a Bachelor’s degree with progressive experience in providing IT solutions in Supply Chain.

Business Analysis & Process Mapping

  • Working closely with business stakeholders to understand and translate process inefficiencies into Oracle ERP solutions primarily focused in the supply chain and distribution space
  • Conducting end-to-end process mapping, identifying gaps and automation opportunities to improve efficiency
  • Developing functional specifications, business requirements documents (BRD), and process flow diagrams
  • Performing gap analysis between business requirements and Oracle ERP capabilities

ERP Implementation & Solution Development

  • Designing and implementing Oracle ERP solutions for Order Management, Advanced Pricing, and Supply Chain modules
  • Work with the EDI team to deploy, test and validate EDI solutions with customers and 3PL warehouses
  • Experience around Available to promise, Item master/MDM and Production Information Management (PIM) Modules in oracle.
  • Working with cross-functional teams to integrate Oracle ERP with third-party applications such as NuOrder or other digital application tools.
  • Working experience in B2B and DTC Environment and complexities around the same.
  • Lead configuration, customization, and enhancements to Oracle ERP applications or other ERP’s.
  • Basic Knowledge of Financial modules like AP, AR and GL.

Support & Continuous Improvement

  • Providing technical support and troubleshooting for Oracle ERP systems
  • Optimizing system performance and resolve complex business problems
  • Ensuring data integrity, compliance, and alignment with best practices
  • Developing and maintaining comprehensive system documentation

🗝Skills needed to be successful in this role:

  • Fluent in English (spoken and written), French a plus.
  • Excitement about joining a midsize yet growing company with fast-growing brands!
  • Project Management Capabilities to connect with various stakeholders and handle small to mid-sized projects

Minimum Qualifications:

  • University degree or technical experience in IT Business Systems Analysis with progressive experience in providing solutions in Supply Chain or equivalent.
  • Adept at integrating Oracle ERP or other ERP’s (SAP, MS Dynamics etc) with other enterprise systems
  • Working experience in Supply Chain domain area around Order Management, Warehousing, Procurement and Planning
  • Working experience in various reporting tools like Power BI, OBIEE etc
