Application Support and Service Levels
- Define and manage service levels for application support, enhancements, and issue resolution.
- Serve as the escalation point for Tier 2 and Tier 3 application issues.
- Monitor vendor platform releases, updates, and deprecations; ensure changes are tested, communicated, and deployed without disruption to users.
- Works with the end-users, troubleshoots issues, and provides on-going production support for Salesforce and related systems.
Projects and Vendors
- Lead and/or oversee projects involving Salesforce and its integrations with other systems.
- Own day-to-day vendor and managed-service relationships, including statements of work, deliverables, and service levels.
- Lead RFP processes and vendor selection when needed, including recommendations.
- Determines appropriate application solutions to business requirements.
- Creates and documents functional specifications, use case and design documents

- Conduct periodic audits of users, roles, and access. Provide guidance, recommendation, and directives to the business to ensure security and compliance is achieved.
- Establish master data management and data quality standards across Salesforce and integrated systems.
AI and Emerging Technology
- Track emerging enterprise application capabilities, including AI and automation.
- Development of AI capabilities that maximizes the value of Salesforce
- Recommend adoption based on business value and total cost of ownership.
Leadership and Team Development
- Lead and mentor business systems staff.
- Set goals, track KPIs, and build a performance-driven culture.
