Hiring: Technology Business Management (TBM) Analyst

About the Role

Drive financial stewardship, operational governance, and portfolio transparency across a global technology organization. You will partner directly with tech leadership to optimize budgets, manage vendor contracts, coordinate workforce planning, and deliver executive-level reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Financial Management: Lead IT budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and business case evaluations.
• Vendor & Contract Governance: Oversee renewals, SOW tracking, procurement workflows, and invoice reconciliations.
• Workforce Planning: Track headcount, contractor allocations, and talent operations in partnership with HR and Finance.
• Executive Reporting: Build high-impact leadership decks, quarterly business reviews (QBRs), and KPI dashboards.
• Process Optimization: Streamline cross-functional workflows and automate reporting routines.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, IT, Economics, or related field.
• 6–8 years in TBM, Tech PMO, IT FP&A, or Technology Operations.
• Advanced MS Excel (modeling, pivot tables) & PowerPoint (executive presentations).
• Background in financial services or regulated enterprise environments is preferred.
