Maintain operational quality across programs by monitoring budget, scheduling, risk, and scope.
Drive reduction in variability and defects in business processes to enhance overall efficiency.
Determine process performance baseline and establish metrics to evaluate ongoing performance.
Collaborate with different stakeholders to ensure alignment and continuous improvement.
Analyze current business processes and identify opportunities for transformation and optimization.
