Salary & Package: £40,000 - £45,000 depending on experience + bonus

Sea Global are delighted to be partnering with a growing UK beauty and personal care distributor, supplying retailers, pharmacies, salons and wholesalers across the UK and Europe, to recruit a Buyer.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing business and play a key role in developing its international supplier network and sourcing strategy. The successful candidate will take ownership of identifying new products and suppliers, negotiating competitive commercial agreements and finding profitable buying opportunities.

Role & Responsibilities

• Identify, source and onboard new international suppliers, distributors and beauty brands.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers across international markets.
• Negotiate pricing, payment terms and wider commercial agreements to maximise value.
• Source new beauty and personal care products and ranges.
• Conduct supplier due diligence and ensure the legitimacy and reliability of supply chains.
• Monitor supplier performance, availability and lead times, addressing issues where required.

Experience & Requirements

• Strong commercial and negotiation skills, with the ability to identify and secure attractive buying opportunities.
• International sourcing experience across Asia, Europe and/or the US.
• An existing supplier network within beauty and personal care would be highly advantageous.
• Experience within a distributor, wholesaler, FMCG, or importer environment.
• Ability to work autonomously and effectively within a remote environment.
