We are seeking an Senior C++ Developer to head our client's Team. This is a unique Prime Brokerage opportunity to work at the forefront of crypto trading technology. Key Responsibilities: Lead and mentor a team of 4 engineers across the APAC region. Design, develop, and optimize low-latency solutions for crypto trading platforms. Collaborate closely with traders and strategy developers in Hong Kong to enhance market-making capabilities. Drive innovation and ensure the team delivers high-performance, scalable systems. Requirements: Strong expertise in C++ development Experience leading engineering teams, preferably in financial services or crypto trading. Familiarity with crypto is a plus, but not mandatory.
