C++ Engineer (4+ yoe, C++11, Linux)

We are looking for a Senior C++ Engineer to develop and optimize a high-performance platform supporting quantitative research, backtesting, and simulation workloads. You will work primarily with C++ on Linux, solving complex technical issues and improving platform performance, scalability, and stability.

I. What You'll Do

• Develop and enhance high-performance C++ systems with a focus on scalability, reliability, and performance.
• Design, implement, debug, and optimize production-quality C++ code on Linux.
• Troubleshoot complex issues involving system performance, memory, concurrency, and stability.
• Analyze CPU, memory, throughput, and latency to identify and resolve performance bottlenecks.
• Work with data-intensive, backtesting, and simulation workloads and investigate related technical issues.
• Collaborate with global engineering teams and technical users to identify root causes and deliver effective solutions.
• Contribute to platform modernization, performance improvements, and long-term system development.

II. Requirements

• 4+ years of professional C++ development experience in production environments.
• Strong experience with Linux system programming, C++11/14/17+, STL, memory management, and multithreading.
• Strong foundation in data structures, algorithms, OOP, concurrency, and performance optimization.
• Hands-on experience with debugging, profiling, and troubleshooting complex production issues.
• Good English communication skills for technical discussions and collaboration.
• Nice to have: Python, distributed systems, HPC, data processing/streaming, or experience with quantitative finance, backtesting, or simulation systems.

• Location: QTSC 1 Building, Quang Trung Software City, Trung My Tay Ward (District 12), Ho Chi Minh City
• Working Time: 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM from Monday to Friday (Lunch break between 12:00 PM to 1:30 PM)
