WHAT YOU WILL DO

- Design, develop and maintain software applications using C++.

- Take ownership of application development activities, managing technical priorities and delivery workflows with autonomy.

- Analyze business requirements and convert them into clearly defined development tasks and user stories.

- Organize and maintain source code repositories, ensuring consistency, traceability and effective version control.

- Plan and monitor development activities using Jira, maintaining visibility of progress and technical deliverables.

- Develop and maintain automated unit tests to support software reliability and code quality.

- Investigate and resolve software defects, contributing to stable and predictable releases.

- Communicate development progress, release priorities and potential delivery risks to relevant stakeholders.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

- Senior-level professional experience in C++ software development, with strong technical autonomy and responsibility for application delivery.

- Ability to manage application development activities from requirements analysis through implementation and delivery.

- Strong analytical skills and a structured approach to problem-solving.

- Commitment to software quality, maintainability and continuous improvement.

- Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into actionable technical specifications.

- Professional working proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
