Community based.
2 days in the office.
Remaining days in outreach, working from home or The Pod.

Job Overview
Vale of Glamorgan Council is seeking a C4W+ Employment Mentor to support the delivery of the Welsh Government funded Communities for Work Plus employability provision.
The role will involve providing job search support and mentoring to people not in employment, managing a caseload of clients and helping individuals overcome barriers to work, training, education and employment.

This is an employment mentoring and employability support role.
Candidates should have experience supporting unemployed clients, managing caseloads, developing support plans, creating action plans, completing reviews and working with partner agencies.
Travel across the Vale of Glamorgan is required.

Additional Information

There will be a requirement to travel across the Vale of Glamorgan.
