Who We Are BOND is a rapidly growing private aviation company revolutionizing fractional aircraft ownership and private aircraft management, delivering an elevated and seamless flying experience for discerning clients. Supported by a landmark Bombardier fleet order, we are building a modern fleet of late-model super-midsize and ultra-long-range aircraft and assembling a team committed to operational excellence, safety, and white-glove service. As we scale toward launch and long-term growth, we are seeking professionals who want to help build a next-generation aviation company and play a meaningful role in shaping how it operates from the ground up. Role Overview Bond Aviation exists at the pinnacle of private aviation. We are a team of professionals who hold ourselves to an uncompromising standard — and we are looking for individuals who feel the same way. Every flight is an opportunity to create something truly remarkable, and it is our crew who bring that to life, from the first impression to the final farewell. Uncompromising Standards We do not train our crew to meet a standard — we train them to set one. Nothing about a Bond Aviation flight should feel anything less than the finest experience in the air. A Commitment to Career Development Bond invests in elevating the skills of every hospitality professional on our team. A structured tier-based growth track, world-class training, and clear pathways into senior roles await those committed to excellence. A Community of Professionals Our crew work alongside individuals who share their dedication to craft. At Bond, the standard of those around you will inspire and elevate your own. The Opportunity Bond Aviation is seeking elevated Cabin Attendants to join our flight operations team. In this role, you will curate the member experience with conviction and care — flying on all three of our aircraft: Challenger 3500 Global 6500 Global 8000 The Schedule Bond Aviation Cabin Attendants operate on an 11 days on, 10 days off rotational schedule, structured across four rotations. Once per year, every Cabin Attendant receives a consecutive 25-to-27-day break. What You'll Do Design and execute a tailored cabin experience for each flight, reflecting the individual preferences, cultural sensitivities, and expectations of each member Manage all aspects of cabin preparation, from fine dining presentation and bespoke provisioning to cabin ambience and personal touches Serve as the primary point of contact for members throughout the flight, maintaining the highest standards of warmth, poise, and professionalism Uphold Bond Aviation's commitment to safety, ensuring all procedures are observed at all times Maintain absolute confidentiality in all matters relating to members, their guests, and their affairs Collaborate closely with the flight crew to ensure every departure, journey, and arrival is executed flawlessly Required Qualifications A background in ultra-high-end hospitality — fine dining, luxury yachting, five-star hotel service, or premium cabin Demonstrable experience working with high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth individuals A proven ability to personalize every aspect of the inflight experience while maintaining consistency and precision Genuine and credible knowledge of fine cuisine, premium beverages, and formal service technique An anticipatory approach to service — identifying and addressing member needs before they are expressed Immaculate personal presentation and composure under pressure Professional-level fluency in English; additional languages are highly regarded Complete and unconditional discretion in all matters relating to principals, their guests, and their affairs A lived understanding of international customs, cultural sensitivities, and social expectations across diverse members Adaptability and resilience in a fast-paced, dynamic operational environment Why BOND We're building a next-generation aviation company, and we invest in the people making it happen. Joining BOND means stepping into a fast-moving, high-standards environment where your work has a direct impact from day one. Competitive salary commensurate with experience Performance-based bonus eligibility (role dependent) Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance with supplemental coverage options and company-paid life insurance 401(k) with company match Paid time off and company holidays for eligible roles If you're ready to help build something exceptional — we'd love to hear from you! Equal Employment Opportunity BOND is an equal opportunity employer and values a workplace where every team member is respected and supported.
