Job Summary We are seeking a Cadence/Prelude Financial Assistance Analyst to support healthcare IT initiatives involving Epic patient access and financial assistance workflows. This analyst must hold current Epic certifications in Authorization/Certification and Cadence/Prelude and be able to apply functional knowledge of these applications in a healthcare environment. Responsibilities Support Epic workflows related to Cadence, Prelude, Authorization/Certification, and Financial Assistance. Analyze operational needs and assist with the development of effective Epic solutions. Collaborate with operational and technical stakeholders to understand workflow requirements. Support system analysis, validation, troubleshooting, and issue resolution. Assist with maintaining accurate workflow and system documentation. Communicate clearly with project stakeholders regarding requirements, issues, and system needs. Requirements Required Qualifications Current Epic Authorization/Certification certification . Current Epic Cadence/Prelude certification . Experience working with Epic patient access and related financial assistance workflows. Ability to analyze operational requirements and support Epic application needs. Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Ability to collaborate effectively with operational and technical teams. Preferred Qualifications Experience supporting Epic Financial Assistance workflows. Experience working in a healthcare IT consulting environment. Familiarity with integrated patient access, authorization, certification, and financial assistance processes.
